They probably eat really healthy everyday and save these treats for special occasions. Treats like this are okay in moderation. And I know the girls are really into fitness and working out, so I bet their metabolisms are really high too! That's just my guess. :)

Put them in the ovens et for 350 degrees and just keep checking on them until they look finished! There's no specific time since they're mad at random amount, so that's the best way to bake them! Hope this helps!

They've posted workout routines on here! I like them a lot because they're quick and easy and you don't have to go to a gym to to them!
