Midway games was untouchable. It just now hit me at 34 that they made dozens of my favorite games like Blitz, MK, and Rampage World Tour. All classics.
I miss these chaotic, arcade renditions of sports like Football, Basketball or Hockey. They were so much fun, even if you weren't that much of a fan of the actual sport itself. In a way, the enjoyment and fun from playing these types of games eventually got me into wanting to learn/appreciate watching American Football. Not only do I support the Pittsburgh Steelers, but enjoy watching the Superbowl as well as off-season games.
