Does your button just have to be touching the line to be valid? Looking online it reads "A disc placed on a 'quadrant intersection line' should not be more than half way over that line", yet you see Reinman doing that where Tracy's often look mostly 3/4 over the line. See it often but never seen it called
I think you are seeing an old version of the rules. There was a time it was that the rule was half way but the official rule now is that it has to be touching the quadrant line. Check out our rules video on Tracey Boards UA-cam Channel.
@@TraceyBoards Thanks for the reply! It has come up in home game conversations and we were never sure, so we played the same as the current rules as seen in the video. Great match, love watching all these matches and also playing on my own Tracey Board at home from you guys
@@brendanc7316 The challenge with the old rule is trying to determine what is half way on the disc. Whether or not it is touching the line or not is much easier to determine, I believe that is why it was re-written to what is used today. Glad to hear you are enjoying your Tracey Board 🙂
One of the scrappiest matches I’ve ever seen. Love to see the tough shots being taken
