Loved that concept- " Humans have ability to optimize the biology, comprehend the competition." I believe winning (result of any process) is a relative truth. Winning may vary according to individual' s frame of reference.
i come to your video with a curiocity and walk out with a mindset this specific scene is something I have a lot to talk about as well... now I have a mindset which will be challenged by you...looking forward to it

Wow, great stuff to watch on UA-cam...I am learning a lot about different things in life through you. I don't understand why these videos are so under rated on UA-cam. While BSs are getting views in millions.
Some points I want to add😅 1) As said in Mahabharata, Arjun became the "Uttam dhanurdhar", but karna died trying to become "Shrest dhanurdhar". Arjun became a good( didn't find any good translation of Uttam )warrior and karna died trying to be the "better ( than who? )" Warrior. 2) hacking biology in the sense that's what sadhguru and all those people mean, ki competition is for survival, after survival is taken care of( the man has food, house, suppose children, ) there's nothing left to compete for🤷🏻♂️, so it's like first survival ( cz it's important) and for that competition is necessary, and after that ditch competition and live life just to experience life.
@@PrakharkePravachan u know from our birth we start to imitate the world around us. As u said there are pre-determined factors in our bio about us, which i think influence that (imitating) but u also said we can adapt to an extent for better living, so i say all the people who went through childhood bad experiences, trauma, abuse they start acting in self destructive ways (as in the case of Virus, he always competes because he might had been neglected and deprived of love n care for his insufficiencies (which the parents saw as insufficiencies in the way of their self benefits). So he always tried to be the most sufficient guy to eliminate that childhood fear but actually his compilation for winning was really a unproductive behavior which made him irritable bitter but he could not help it. So i say your parents also acted like morons, so don't live your life in their eyes. They expressed themselves as an impression of some1 else u break that cycle and express yourself for yourself for the sake of playing but nothing else. Hope it makes sense
Thanks, Prakhar for reminding me that enjoying playing is as much important as winning itself. I know it from my personal experience.I was happy after I got AIR 4 in GATE, but that happiness did not last long and become sad, then I come to know how much I love preparing for the exam. Enjoying a process is very important because that is the most part of everyone's life.
could very much relate to it. I got AIR 15 in ESE, well the happiness was clearly overwhelming but later u realize it was not about the rank, it was all about the adrenaline rush which I used to get every morning during preparation.

Just expanding further on what you said about the playing part and also I have a question at the end. This is what I think. A person is at play when they're in complete focus at what they're doing which automatically happens when you enjoy it. Which is also known as flow state or as some athletes say "to be in the zone". And this flow state doesn't necessarily need to be only in your work but also with the people you hang out with that can make you feel alive. Now relating this back to Naval's quote of "happiness is peace in motion" Which comes back to the point of being in constant flow. As the peace that he is talking about is away from the mind and not of the mind which means once you're focussed in any activity, you're away from the mental chatter of constantly comparing yourself or anything else. So, do you think flow is basically play or there are other factors as well?
It hit me in the last when he said you have comprehension and competence but nature has only competence so we are a step ahead than nature we have the ability to manipulate it

In some way competition is important but at same time the consequence of being more competitive behaviour is not good for you in long run, so optimise it consciously !! This i learn from your video !!! ❤️
Chetan Bhagat once said all coaching centers in India should be closed immediately, a student getting 97% or more sits again in the exam for 99% work hard for months for two percent when that time could have been invested in developing skills or hobby. But the poverty and lack of education facilities create competition in India
Prakhar bro correct me if im wrong i personally think once our goal is acheived our lives change we get better, its like completing a level of a game and then upgrading urself so that we can face higher level challenges....but i think what is important is we should work to develop ourselves and our mindset by exploring and learning new things having an explorer's mindest...😊
Natural selection and selective breeding can both cause changes in animals and plants. The difference between the two is that natural selection happens naturally, but selective breeding only occurs when humans intervene. For this reason selective breeding is sometimes called artificial selection.
