Pre-barging law is used to speed up trials and reduce costs. This ambulance case has dragged on for too long to merit pre-barging. Because the accused people didn't want to plead guilty for the offense, the first condition. Paying 2 million Euros out of the 2.37 million is a non-starter because the law isn't a respecter of persons. As a result, I absolutely support AG Godfred Yeboah Odame for rejecting the pre-barging agreement from Richard Jakpa and Ato Forson. Bravo, AG Godfred Yeboah Odame, please stand firm and allow the case to run it course.
