Coilheads are just so OP, they effectively blind you or kill you by forcing you to walk backwards or making you stand and watch them while your teammates grab stuff
I could see a hand mirror as an item for counterplay, freezes them if they’re behind or in front of you, but costs an item slot and must be held out to work
