- Blade Merital from Merital Family joined the Entertainment Report Podcast for an in-depth, unfiltered conversation while in Toronto. He discussed his early years growing up in Old Harbour before moving to Montego Bay, joining Merital Family during high school, and balancing his music career with a stint in the Police Force. Blade also shared the real story behind Tony Matterhorn's hit "Dutty Wine," Ricky Blaze's production of "Everyone Loves Dancing," and his experiences meeting and signing with Vybz Kartel's Portmore Empire. He talked about his early departure from the Empire, collaborations with producer Notnice and manager Corey Todd, and the tragic loss of Corey Merital. Blade reflected on his journey alongside other Montego Bay artists like Squash and Teejay, and so much more.
