Talking of which, let me share with you the recipe of AAM CHUTNEY. This one's special, because this is my mom’s secret recipe. Everyone loves it 🤤
Aam er chutney, paired with a side of papad, is simply irresistible. It’s a staple in our house during the summer months when raw mangoes are in season
Enjoy this simple yet flavourful chutney and make it a part of your summer meals.
Recipe :-
1 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp panch phoran
2 red chillies
2 bay leaves
300 gms raw mango sliced thickly with skin
1 tbsp mango ginger or ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
4 cups water
1- 1.5 cups sugar (depending upon the sourness of mangoes)
1 tsp corn flour mixed in 1 tbsp water
Squeeze of half a lemon

Just watched the MasterChef season 6 episodes
You are the worst contest ever in the history of MasterChef. You may be a good cook but not a good contestant. You should not be so self centered which can end others dream . You did bad with mahendra. And the acting you did at the end showing that you are so surprised that Mahendra couldn't make it's just irritating

She is a very good chef, Mahendra got thrown out of the kitchen two times due to his own fault. I think Mahendra should have learned more cooking, then he should have come to the MasterChef kitchen and you don't have to do this much If she seems worst then why are you wasting your time. If she seems worst then why are you writing such a long comment. According to me she is the best ever contestant of MasterChef
