What a great video. That's a lot of content. I have broken my back 4 times. I feel your pain. You do a great job planning things ahead. Thank you for your time.
I'm enjoying your '29 roadster build. I'm working on a similar '29 highboy., but on an "A" chassis. Like your Tim's sign. I have to make a run to Tims every couple days for Timbits. Part of my wife's breakfast routine. LOL When I was a kid Tim Horton played NHL pro hockey for Toronto and later Buffalo. I live near Niagara Falls, Ontario. In 1974 Tim was coming home from a hockey game and died when he crashed his Ford Pantera at about 100 mph about 15 kms from here. The legend lives on. Pete
Coming together nicely! And, back when I was a tot, Mister Donut was the go-to place for donuts and coffee before heading to work. Now I'm jonsing for some. 🤣
Seeing you rolling on the floor brings back some memories [BAD ones, at that!] Hasn't been a problem, for me, for 10 years, or so; but I've stopped lifting heavy shit, now. It's the worst pain, cos, as you said; can't get comfortable, standing, sitting, OR lying down!Usually takes about a week to come good.🤞
I love your fab skills Jordan. Spot on pro. I look forward to every week. That daisy grille shell would fit right in at my vintage truck building shop. I only have one female mannequin at the moment. I'm an artist and she's a work in progress. Hmmm...think I'll give her a fresh coat of paint this weekend and put a wrench in her hand. Until next week...
great video again. Timmy Ho was a great hockey player back in the 50s. played with the Toronto Maple Leafs. You are soon going to need a warehouse for the spare parts inventory. Just wish I had thought about that back in the 60s when there was a fair bit just laying around. Now it is hard to find any parts from pre 60s and near impossible fro pre war vehicles.. the car is looking good already..
Oh Jordan! When I saw you flat out on the floor in pain.... been there, done that, got the T-Shirt and then BURNED IT! Dang, that hurts! Hope you're way better now...
Your making good progress with the build Jordan and I like the idea of dropping the floor pan either side of the torque tube to gain headroom because of the heavy chop it should work well. Putting wipers on such a short windscreen might be challenging though. Cheers Greg
Hi, Glad I discovered your channel, I am in New Zealand about to start on a similar project, pinched repro 1932 frame, 1930 Model A Roadster front half, mated to a 1929 rear half. Could not find an original '30,but will work because I am doing a TROG style build. Almost ready to start after years of collecting parts. I figured you were in Australia due to the RHD steering box, but your accent was hard to pick, I call it Canada Lite!!!
I’m 15 minutes from the border- 45 minutes to Montreal in good traffic, which they never have. Canadian driving is like LeMans every day. Makes California look….well it really sucks there, everyone just stops on the road for no reason. I rather move. A&W is still the best rootbeer. In a frozen mug, takes your breath away!
Man, I love your builds. You do killer work and its great watching you bring these things to life. But momma really needs to get you a belt for Christmas - preferably sooner. The ass crack to hot rod ratio is at suboptimal levels. 😂
Too funny, I thought to myself as I watched one of the previous episodes that Jordan should start selling Bennetts Customs pants because his shirts are always nice!
Dam Jordan. I no health and safety has gone mad but my best friends wife’s son has just had an accident that’s life changing. And he was in a cherry picker. I’ve dun sketchy things in the past as I suppose we all have. But please be careful. ( We want to see this roadster finished) we will get some merch from you when we get sorted. Liam. Tim.
Hi been watching for long time now, loved the old time racer series , not so much the 32/model t series your now showing , why? the "patina look", don't get me wrong I really liked that look when it first got started it was different and fresh, but now everyone is doing it , it's kind of boring . it was nice to see the racer go from bare metal to a finished "painted " hot rod .now it seems builders are just taking the shortcut ,and saying fuck the paint. I don't care, what happened to the real craftsmen in are hobby. .....we got lazy, not good.
Everyone’s got their one option I suppose! For me, it’s not lazy nor a short cut, it’s an idea of creating something that pays to those who did build a Hotrod but put there hard earned saving into the performance and drivability. Paint can be the icing later down the track when the piggy bank gets smashed.
We gotta try going back when you come this summer
Down! Surely we can make some deals. I want the boat 😂
It's coming along nicely. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friends. Fab On. Weld On. Keep Making. God Bless.
Thanks as always Jared!
Love the new addition to the shop. The sign is outstanding. Thanks for another great episode.
Bennetts Customs for the win! Fantastic video. Thank you. Go Bennetts Customs', keep moving forward!

Pete
He definitely was a legend!
Like the sounds of the project looking forward to seeing it evolve
Love the Timmy's sign, there is a car connection as many car clubs in Canada meet at Timmy's!
That’s exactly right!
Great job. Hope you are OK.
Love the sign and it’s placement. That sign looks pristine.
Coming together nicely!

I could definitely go for some Timbits right now!
I like the Timmy's sign . ( I'm in Nova Scotia) Thanks for all the vids, your workmanship is top notch and you're fun to watch. Cheers!

27:24. Chiropractic resources needed! And an overhead gantry. You can build or buy, but you need one!
Yeah that there was the deciding point to make one!
First Tim Hortons in AUSTRALIA.
I can make average coffee! So we might have something there!

Cool sign Jordan but you're as vague as always... did it come from an open Timmy's or did you midnight auto parts it?
