    hi, just trying to take better care of myself
    fitness goals: be an asset in a zombie apocalypse.
    What is the 75 hard challenge?:
    1. Follow a Diet: no alcohol, and no junk food for 75 days.
    2. Exercise Twice a Day: Two workouts daily, each lasting at least 45 minutes, one of which must be outdoors.
    3. Read 10 Pages of Non-Fiction: Read at least 10 pages of a non-fiction book daily.
    4. Drink One Gallon of Water: Consume one gallon (128 ounces or about 3.8 liters) of water daily.
    5. Take a Progress Picture: Snap a daily photo to track your physical progress.
    If you miss any task, start over from day one.
