I personally rationalize it as an outgrowth of his affiliation with Resistance movements within Iran who seek to overthrow the Islamic dictatorship and restore Iran to its former glory, finishing what the Shah started. And the only nation who is specifically helping that vision come about, just happens to be Israel.
It's not hard to understand. Jason hates Muslims. Israel kills Muslims. Jason hates religion. Israel is the most secular country in the Middle East. Jason is feminist. Israel has gender equality. Jason likes technology. Israel has disproportionately contributed to technological advancement. Jason hates the regime in Iran. Israel wants regime change in Iran. It should be obvious that Jason supports Israel.
If you hear one of Peterson's early interviews in Canada, he was asked about his own trajectory and half jokingly predicted he could well go so high as to crash and burn (paraphrasing). He did just that physically. In his resurrection he has leveled off into the comfort of God and conservatism. His retirement is assured and he coasts along on the ground of former achievement. As you point out, not much new anymore. He earned this plateau I would grant and bless his retirement. But I rarely listen to him anymore.
But work is for the slave sheeple who don't have the "master" ideology. I respect the intellectual efforts of these guys, but there are many Christians I would trust my life, wife, and money with precisely because of the kinds of moral values they practice through Christianity.
This Promethean take on the Adam and Eve story is very plausible. Another plausible interpretation is the internal alchemy approach - what Robert Sepehr talks about. That “spilling the seed” was what led to the fall from Grace. Every great culture on Earth had sexual alchemy practices in one form or another, which implies that there are profound secrets to be found in these practices.
It already has, and projecting on the Bible modern terms such as "science" when it was a modern invention that developed in Catholic colleges, is kind of dishonest, but I don't expect any better from pagans.
You don't really have to do that. The Abrahamic faiths are already questionable, because there's no proof of Moses. Moses is a vital figure to these faiths. This is why I'm Pagan. Life is so much easier lol

Jorjani doesn't seem to discern between the Four Gospels and the rest of the New Testament. He appears to smear all these individual writings into one thing. There is a difference between the writings attributed to Paul and what Jesus said.
'Philosophy and ideology is religion were the ideal and or ideals have been elevated to replace God and the gods.' Albert Camus: The Rebel This is before the 4 Laws of Behavioural Personality Trait Disposition. Now wiping the floor with philosophy and ideology. The intensity of any predisposition for belief is partly and irrevocably genetic. Declaring yourself an atheist and becoming a philosopher or ideologue is comical at best and dangerous at worst.
2:50 I disagree with this view of Christianity because Jesus was talking in the context of not escalating conflict, which made perfect sense if you were a minority surrounded by all kind of authorities and empires. Judea was crushed precisely for fighting Rome. It was the best way to survive to seek peace and don't escalate stuff, and it was not an exclusively Christian value. Justice is not only important in the New Testament, but it is the whole point of seeking redemption and salvation.
The point was that Christians didn’t actually seek peace, but subversive domination. The peace and virtues they espoused were only a cunning and resentful mask that sought to overthrow the Roman Empire and government. Look at what actually happened, not just was said. Of course it was strategic and cunning, but the deeper point here is that Christians subconsciously wanted power, while consciously acting weak, docile and submissive. There’s a contradiction between what values are held up, and what values are actually drove the Christian institutions which came into power. I don’t say this to judge Christians, but Nietzsche’s point here is to not live in self-deception. If you desire power, affirm that directly rather than letting resentment of the powerful drive you. When you’re driven by resentment, it causes a sort of vindictiveness and cruelty that became obvious after Christianity became institutionalized. It oppresses because it was oppressed. It doesn’t only seek to wield power, but to use it to oppress people who are strong and exceptional.
Would be highly fruitful for Lev to have an intelligent preferably Orthodox Biblical scholar on call with Jorjani to call him on things like that. Not aware if BTR has done this or similar already.
