He needs to ensure that the oil palm fruits are carefully loaded onto the truck, avoiding any damage.
Once the loading is complete, he drives the truck to the processing factory or storage site. This often involves driving on rugged country roads, requiring good driving skills and a thorough understanding of the vehicle.
At the end of the day's work, he also has the responsibility of safely returning the workers to their homes. Then, he needs to carry out basic cleaning and maintenance of the truck, preparing for the next day's work. Despite the hard work, he takes pride in his role in the oil palm supply chain.
