If you are drawing digitally just use circle/oval ruler... And if traditionally then use any circular object (for example :- cap of bottle) and draw with the help of it.....

The eyes are so neat and perfect, I was just staring at my screen trying to figure out how those circles turned into those perfect anime eyes, I feel happy and amazed just looking at them (as cheeky as it sounds)

+Baron Black Music make the pupils smaller and square off the shape a little bit more. also use less shine.
As a somewhat beginning artist, this video helped me get the actual eye proportions down

Finally a tutoral that I can understand and does at lest a few diffrent styles of anime eyes X3 personally my favret is the 3rd one lol also you got me as a new subscriber ^-^ also while watching this I noticed you could use the 4th one as a more softer look for the 3rd one just add some eyeshine.

I am a fan of the “Cool” type of eyes.
I feel as though there's not enough tutorials for how to draw modern anime eyes, most tutorials are based on the 2000s wide eyed anime style. Nothing wrong with that style, it's very nostalgic for me, but it's not the style I'm going for.
