Fun game and works well in a smaller game too
I think Pickett’s charge may work better with the smaller games, the larger ones seem to get a bit “static” more so than general d’armee, where I think the use of columns and cavalry of course make everything a bit more dynamic…cheers JP
@JP-ml4zh I think it's more the nature of the period tbh. We use Black Powder and they always turn out to be static lines blasting each other!
Fire and Fury is a good alternative for large multi player games. That said, Civil War battles do seem to have largely been shooting matches.
