In the first match, instead of playing Void Caller, he could have Grim Rally'd twice. Once on the egg, then Faceless one of the 1/1 bugs and Grim Rally another bug so that everything that attacked face would have been given two attack buffs instead of just one.

@@Cuestrupaster My mistake. Void Walker. The 1 mana 1/3 taunt, not the 4 mana 3/4 demon that summons demons from your hand when it dies. :v
fun fact, "Blazing Battlemage" used to be a herocard in the WoW TCG. Under the name "Blaize Brightspark". there have been many art assets used like this before but i just remembered it for this video

Faceless corrupter is basically a weird hybrid between Bonemare and Fungalmancer.
It’s less oppressive than Fungalmancer was in aggro due to the +4 (on average) attack not being able to go face. But the stats are much better, and can be used on eg a one cost minion that isn’t already on the board.
Fungalmancer was one of the most played neutral cards of K&C so that should give an idea about the power level of Faceless Corrupter.
I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets a nerf as a result.

Galakrong Zoo is a nice deck. Unless you encounter Shaman, Druid, Mage, Hunter, Warrior, And sometimes Priest.
And Mirror or Control Warlock. Wait a sec... That's almot all of them. Oh well.

Aggro Warrior just puts out more pressure than you do. Forcing you to trade awkwardly. Control Warrior has always been favored against Zoo. Mage has ping and infinite clears. Shaman clears your board easy, efficient and floods the board with more value and stats than you. Druid has ping swipe and bigger stats than you. Priest has big health minions and buffs, forcing you to trade to stay alive. Or risk to get oneshot combo killed. Hunter, has traps and unleash the hounds, a hero power to counter yours. They are favored in almost every way. Mirrior matchups are just a pain in the ass. Noone likes those. Becasue for some reason the mirror gets better RNG than you. Control Warlock, just like Mage has ton of removal and on top of that, minions with big stats. The better people become, the more you'll notice these things. I know what I'm talking about, I've tried really hard to make Galakrond Zoo to be more favored. And it just doesn't work out that great. Sure, you too sometimes can get a highroll and win on like turn 4-5. But that's not a reliable strategy right now.

Turns out changing your 3/1 damaged minion or a 1/1 Galakrond token into a 5/4 with a rush for pretty much free is pretty good.

Galakrond changes names when he upgrades it confuses the hell out of it

IME playing a similar deck, Galakrond isn't your goal, it's a tax for getting to use all the insane synergy cards it gets.

I think It's the invoke mechanic you're looking for in galakrond deck, most of the times.
I have my own version of this deck and it does well in most matchups. It's Zoo, so it's high variance, but if I get a curve most other Aggro can't compete, Rogue bends over, and control has a chance but not a guaranteed one. Shaman, however, absolutely shits on this deck with Sandstorm Elemental, Mogu Fleshshaper, all the Rush guys, etc.

missed lethal at 4:03, grim rally 0/2, faceless a 1/1, then grim rally a 1/1 and you have lethal
You seem to forget the Rush on Faceless Corruptor leaving damage and sometimes even lethal on the board.
In still watching as I type this, with that being said I'm not saying that it was missed lethal haven't thought about that part but it does seen like if you had of grim rallied twice instead of playing the faceless with the void Walker then you would have replace the 2 damage in stats that would have been lost due to losing the Imp so it would have been the same either way. I may be wrong.

Makes Galakrond Zoo video but then never plays Galakrond.
The invoke that puts 2 imps on the board is what you are after rather than Galakrond itself
Cause it is patch's of the deck you only want to draw it late game the cards you want are the good invoke cards and the draw 3.
Galakrond is just kinda there, the imps invoke and the worshiper make him good

Yeah but if you are not ahead you make unoptimal plays to invoke Galakrond, so it'a a win more card that's very good played when you're ahead. Played it a few times myself and I either had no cards in hand and used it as fuel or I had a full hand because I drew poorly and I couldn't play it because I'd mill 2 cards or something. What's your experience with it?

Okay but theres also the 5 mana druid rush thingy, which you have to have the quest for but it is a 10/10 5 mana rush and nobody complained this much, why not everyone have it then? Especially with this amount of power cards in this expansion, like how would you get through what the meta is without a card like this right now? I dont know... Im not saying its not insane but like.... is it really THAT insane? Maybe a 3/4 rush or something like that

Because he wasn't Galakrond. Kronx requires your hero to be Galakrond. You can also notice that Kronx isn't glowing while in hand.

You are indeed wrong. You have to play Galakrond before being able to use kronx to clear the board.
9/7 is a lot of stats for turn 5, SO AGGRESSIVE. Tip the Scales, and 33/17 of stats on the board.

Kronx only activates if your hero already became Galakrond, not when a Galakrond just sits in your hand.

It's only after watching the battlegrounds content playing wrong for most of it that I see it in normal HS but this is rank >5 competence optimistically.

I personally prefer to think that Warlock is a good answer, the deck is really fast, and can generate a lot of value, even if u don’t draw the faceless, seems so much easy to get a grimm rally setup n stuff, maybe I miss Leeroy?
