We are cruising up in Desolation Sound and the Discovery Islands in Canada and had to stop and visit Octopus Islands and make a donation to the Drift wood Museum!

It’s so beautiful up here! No crabbing but we’re blessed with spot prawns and salmon from friends ❤️👍

@@ElliYacht1 I love wild Pacific or Atlantic salmon. Some I smoke and some becomes cured salmon gravlax. I don’t remember if you have a BBQ, if so Alder, Apple, Cherry, Pecan or even Maple are good for smoking salmon. Soak the wood for about 20-30 minutes, shake off the excess water, place the damp wood on the coals. Keep the salmon on the top rack, low slow heat. Enjoy, have a great week!
