For modifying they’re great. But if you want a stock daily it’s kinda bad. Pretty unreliable and not super cheap or easy to work on.
@@cantfeelthis3288 if the oem parts are still on the car then yeah but if you do maintenance and replace all the parts then you should be good. i had a N45 and never really gave me issues i always took care of it. i wouldnt say unreliable people are just cheap and broke tbh
@@TheYoungAze cheap and broke. Yes and no. These cars are still unreliable and harder to work on than average. These run through my shop often with god owners but constant issues.
After driving a 335i and being in a tuned one I sure can say this is one fast and fun car and not to be messed with
Most UA-camrs block out the speedo, meanwhile, this mad lad, no speedo blocking, dumps exhaust straight out of the hood. Lmao

Back in the day I remember doing a lap from the DVP to QEW to 427 to 401 to DVP in 20 mins late one night it was epic well over 200km to 280km at some points with the 🚔 fading in the background back in the 90's those were the good old days!!!

Love the video, dude! I'm currently studying BMW's to see which is the most reliable (I know this sounds dumb, lol, but hear me out) vehicle to get. I know 3 series from the early 2000's e46 are pretty stout and wouldn't mind the engines without the turbo. But usually when I look for them online I try to make sure that they have maintenance records (all gaskets, maybe upgraded turbos, cooling system overhaul, charge pipe upgrade and maybe oil changes done every 3000 miles). I'm still learning so I'm open to all criticism and information. LOVE THIS VID!!!
Stay away from turbos if u want reliability. Or if u r set on getting a turbo get an f3x i6. If u don’t want turbo e9x 328s arent a bad choice as long as ur cool w broken cupholders.
If your looking for modern avoid 2007-13. Every week or month was something. ( idk about the new F generation based off the n555)
Most realizable BMW's early mid 2000's like you said e46 fix radiator issue maintain it and your golden. Even earlier ones like e36 might be reliable not to knowledgeble on those though. had 2 E46's

Yee. What people don’t realize is that the 335i is actually relatively light compared to a muscle car with similar HP and torque numbers. Weight makes a big difference. If you haven’t been in a tuned or even stock 335i with traction control completely off, I highly recommend
