But a few questions and corrections I have for you. 1, did you say that facility has 15 or 50 operating rooms? 2) Vpro is not low steam sterilization, it is low temperature sterilization and utilizes a chemical sterilant rather than steam sterilant. 3) the peel pack you placed in the Vpro is the test pack configuration because you can not place towels or paper into a low temp sterilizer. 4 Flash is no more, it is called IUSS(that's a hard one to stop saying though). And thank you for all you do. I feel like education straight from the field is extremely helpful for all of us, cause I never seen a digital load sticker generator. Now I want one for our facility.
Wow, You do soo much work and walking back and forth. I never see to many people working with you in a large facility? You are so positive and knowledgeable of what you do!!! Thank you for making these videos because i want to work as a Sterile Processing Technician and It helps to see what i would be doing everyday. Thank you soo much for sharing!!!!
Have you ever worked at a hospital where SPD transported patients from the floors to Pre op? I currently work at a facility where the person pulling cases is also called to transport .
Thank you so much for the insight. Soon be working at Sterile Department. One thing to mind tho, your cellphone is one of the most dirtiest objects that you owned. Touching the sterile package will probably contaminate the outside packaging.

Great explanation of the sterilizing techniques. I'm surprised to see no UV sterilization. It's more effective than steam, in some cases.
