I learned my lesson earlier. When I lived and worked overseas, I received the treatment and respect I deserved. Nothing more, nothing less. The lesson I learned; When I return home for a visit their was an by effort made by a certain type to put me in my place. The excuse was that ‘I needed to be grounded’ and/or to tell my ‘You ain’t all that!’ Yet, I was and am all that to the people who employed me, who worked for me, and who showed love to me. Living/working working overseas for so many years was a blessing and a curse. The blessing are that I know and understand I am a man first and foremost. The course is that I have zero tolerance or patience for anyone who tries to play psychological in an attempt to so-called pity me in my place.

I may not agree with them on Quintons voice but as men we have to stop trying to shame women into liking what they don't like! You'd just be setting yourself and your relationship up for failure.
