I started crying happy tears in the first few minutes of this episode - then there were sad tears, then happy tears again. Nick’s breathless, high-pitched “You said it when I was in the shower!” Is sublime. Thanks for sharing your authentic emotional responses with us again - it’s a delight to rewatch Heartstopper along with you.
I finished it and i saw Kit Connor tells in a interview the 4 first episodes are really deep, grab your tissues

Just finished season three, and wow, what a change of gear the show took. I know it is all in the books, but it is very different seeing it on screen, and not from your own imagination. I love Heartstopper so much. I am 39, and it is a show I have been getting people of my age to watch, and they all adore it.

I binged this the second it came out and my first thought was I can’t wait for Jay’s video!! I won’t say much to avoid spoiling but it exceeded my expectations, and there’s a certain episode that made me cry like a baby and is definitely the best episode in the series yet 😭❤️

I can’t imagine a better first episode for the third season. Things are going to get pretty dark later on, I know, but at least this episode leaves us with some happiness at the end.
