That sounded amazing!!! I know this should be only done by a professional but when my back gets super stiff I have my bf crack it and it snaps just like this if not more! Amazing relief and movement
This can cause serious injury, yet these techniques have been in existence for thousands of years. I'm glad you have someone that can do this therapeutically to you as it's an incredible feeling and my patients love this one. Then again, I pick and choose who this technique will be good for. Thank you for chiming in!!
Excellent question and you're completely mistaken. OMG, If you are saying this, then maybe others are thinking along the same lines. First off, I am not using my entire body weight but the exact force necessary to do the adjustment. I have over 40 years of experience in bodywork and adjusting and it's in my scope of practice. Secondly, I beg you to never try this on anyone unless you have the training and it's in your scope of practice. Lastly, you will potentially cause great bodily harm if you just watch this and try it. I try to make this a fun and entertaining video to help spread the wonders of bodywork and chiropractic care. Don't be fooled... this takes years of practice. Thanks for chiming in!
@@Amy-xx6fg No injuries. Of course, there are risks with every adjustment and it's up to the doctor to provide the safest procedures possible. I say no injuries on my part because I've been doing this procedure for over 30 years. Because of the walker, I can completely control the force. I can do this as light as pushing with your finger. UNDERSTAND, I've given great care in my video to state, that this is for educational purposes only and that no one should do this procedure unless they have been trained to do this and it's in their scope of practice. Thank you for your question, as I'm sure that there are others that have your same concern.
@@Amy-xx6fg Great question. At the very least muscle and ligament injuries like sprains and strains but more serious injuries can occur like rib and back fractures. Internal injuries could also occur affecting the heart and lungs. Not worth the risk to have an unqualified person do this.
@@dawellness bs. When you do that you take the same risk. You cannot know for real the situation inside its just that spines are stronger then what people usually think
Then you're lucky I don't charge by the pound... haha... thanks for chiming in! Treatments will vary according to many factors including height and weight. Even when someone is big, adjustments can be made and so great to get that movement. Let's get your weight down first. Visit David Allan Events on my website David Allan Wellness and let's get you on the 60-Day Achievement Program. You can do it yourself or I can assist. Have a great 2022!
The jumping part is not difficult, but who to jump on, where to jump on, with what force to jump on. Yes, don't do this unless you have adequate training. You can really hurt someone. The point here is education. Thanks for your comment!

If a 12 year old can take the force of a grown man on her back that reiterates my point back walking is safe no matter who does it
