@@Karin.889 yes it's jyp thing, but these kids do have great personalities even before being trained on JYP, go watch their show. They are only trained on the second half of the show on their attitude and personality

They performed four high-energy songs with super tough choreography, all while singing live (and who knows how many times they had to perform during filming). Even UA-cam reactors are amazed at how they hit their notes while doing moves that take so much stamina. Staying in sync like that? That’s real skill, bro. And here’s the thing, they’re rookies. Just half a year into their debut, with most of them only 17 or 18 years old. From what I’ve seen on Nizi Project and heard from a UA-camr (@nexz vibe, my fave shoutout bro) , they all auditioned as dancers and only started learning vocals during the show or after training (the show ended just last year). These kids aren’t trained singers, but they keep delivering this level of performance. For them to reach this level so quickly shows not just raw talent but insane dedication and growth. You can watch where they started, Nizi Season 2, and come back to this video, your jaw will drop.
