Sir In the last few years we have seen that the difference between UR cutoff and OBC/EWS cutoff is shrinking.........last year the difference was just 5 marks..........so I think if UR cutoff is 130, than EWS cutoff will be atleast 124........given the fact that this year 5000 more EWS candidates have applied.
