I also celebrate yoga.. Not only on this day but almost everyday.. I know some people in the West who where not treatable anymore and the best Doctors mentioned they would die after severe illness.. and they should need to learn to live in wheelchair with utmost pain in their last months.. but with yoga, meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques) in combination with a healthy vegetarian diet with only Fresh and superfood s(complete elimination of all toxics eg caffeine, alcohol, processed food etc) after 15 years they are still here, adn painfree and walking and looking very healthy making them a 'medical wonder' stated by the West best Doctors.. The secret of healthy long live is the ancient Indian's.. 🫶🙏
