    Dancers: Meghan Sanett, Delaney Glazer, Struther White, Brandon Beltran, Christina Quarternik, Alexandra Kunin, Ali Kerner, Tom Giron, Madison Clark, Lauren Prendergast, Bella Kaufman, Paige Nelson, & Sydney Rosefsky.
    Taught this on my birthday (January 6th) at Dance Dimensions in Woodland Hills, CA and had an absolute BLAST teaching it at California Dance Theatre AND in the Senior Room at Tremaine Dance Conventions in Kansas City, MO. Thank you so everyone who werked this out, you're all INCREDIBLE and you made my birthday one of the best days ever. :)

      I think for the first time in one of these videos I have looked at someone else other than Meghan and preferred their dancing. Meghan was good too hello its her choreography but I really preferred Delaney in this dance

      kawaii3333 I have always been a fan of both Meghan and Delaney, but when I see Delaney I get excited because its so hard to find videos of her.. Meghan is just so amazing, both so inspiring to be fair!!

    i want to learn how to do a straddle but i live in florida and every time i get close to getting the straddle the next day it hurts so bad and i try stretching but it just wont work and i lose the straddle the next day 😭 tips??

      Just keep working at it. Don't over-stretch because it can cause injury but go until it feels like its stretching your muscles. Depending on your age and how long you've been working on it, it might take longer. Generally, if you're younger (under 10) it'll be a little easier since their muscles are still really flexible. If you keep working, you'll get it eventually. Also, its best to stretch something like that when you're warm, so go on a short run or go on the treadmill (or any other moderate cardiovascular activity) and then stretch your splits. It becomes a lot easier
