My dad passed away in road accident. When asked for CCTV footage they said none of them worked. Me and my brother found out that it was truck's fault. Police eventually closed it saying self accident. For God's sake shame on traffic police. We are contending in court to re-open the case.

Mandatory linking of Aadhar to Vehicle registration database might help with quick violation notifications and also keep up with current addresses of owners. Also quick violation notifications will alert the riders and drivers that the BTP is watching and they will start following rules.

* Introduce local trains like other cities in Bangalore. That will reduce some. Percentage of traffice
* Mandatory WFH one day week ( especially heavly traffic based IT hubs) company and employees should fit in on shift bases.

Excellent work in manning traffic 👏 and especially in a 'traffic nightmare' city called "Namma Red Bengaluru". Just open Google Maps for directions, from anywhere to anywhere & it shows 'red" more than any other color. The primary issue for slow moving traffic is imo the following
1. Kerbside/street hawkers selling goods which force consumers to park randomly and in many cases certain shops/business establishments who don't have dedicated parking spaces allow customers to park on roads as they bribe the local police/traffic police.
2. Amazing roads filled with potholes created by man/nature (cuz of quality)
3. Idiots driving
4. Sudden abrupt stops by traffic police which create traffic
5. Following rules by riders/pedestrians etc
These are some issues if could be solved can help in smooth traffic movement.

So many other states vehicles are freely traveling in Blr for more than legal time. They ride tribles etc. Opposite side. Noone catches them. They pay less road tax in their state and use here. We have tp pay heavy road tax for unsafe roads, no proper traffic management, no fining system against wrong doings. Your camera cant fine them 😂 or teach civic driving sense.
