i think it would be interesting to see what this looks like with one of those 8x8 texture packs. i think the lower detail of those packs would work better with this build style.
I'm surprised you didn't use barrels! This video was pretty cool and I think you are really creative. I also think it would be cool if you did a video in which you can only use waterlogged blocks to build something
I would like to see challenge videos where you don't build a house, but maybe something more abstract and weird. Houses are cool, but variety would definitely help you stick out and make the viewing process more entertaining :)
Building with only full blocks was how it used to be back in the day lol. Although screw Mojang for saying that vertical slabs would limit the "creativity" of players, I'm happy we even got stairs and slabs in the first place lol...
*mineshafts in a movies:* shelves with a metal ingots, barrels of the raw ore, crammed tool storage, support beams.. *game about mining:* a 1 cubic meter of gold. take it or leave.
i try to use mostly full blocks in my builds anyways. i like how minecrafty it looks. i think mojang themselves say slabs/stairs were a mistake. (dont know where i heard that.)
These building challenges have been some of the most unique Minecraft content I’ve seen in quite some time. Always nice to see one of these in my notifications 😎
I think building with only full blocks would look way better if the structures were significantly bigger, more space leaves more room for smaller (or as small as full blocks can get) details
Some criticism because it's essential for improvement. 7:39 Shulker boxes are entities. You can test this yourself by building a cube of shulker boxes in the sky next to a cube of regular blocks. The shulker boxes with unload at a closer distance because they are entities. 8:05 What monster needs that many crafting tables???
Hey, I have an idea for a survival series. Minecraft, but there are only undead mobs. I will tell you how to do it without mods if you are interested in this idea.
It's called 'Replay Mod'. Essentially its a mod where you can record your gameplay and then load it later to make something like a timelapse. Many UA-camrs use it. :)
When I was watching the video I really wanted to put some non full blocks ahhhhh especially the table decorations and the chain. But surprisingly it ended up quite good!!! Really cool!
7:05 🤓 well actually your rules state “Building with ONLY Full Blocks” which means that of all blocks, you can only use full ones, but entities aren’t blocks, therefore you can use non-full entities. (sorry for bad english)
I have 0 experience with modern houses. It may not have ended well had I attempted a modern house lol. Though, yeah, a modern house would work well with only full blocks I imagine.
That's how we used to do beds and everything back in MC lite. Almost every block accessible was basically full
Not mc lite 😭
@@cipherjoe9 what's wrong with mcpe lite?
no i just got nostalgic
@@cipherjoe9 ah, k

honestly i really like the blocky look. it has its own charm.
For whatever reasons I've never seen much use of acacia logs. They look great in your build!

I don't know how but I completely forgot about barrels ._.

your palettes are so unique from anything i’ve seen

for verticle slabs I use trapdoors

Why... Just why....
(and no, pretty sure no one at Mojang ever said slabs and stairs were a mistake)
@@Yegor_Mechanic maybe you just didnt hear about it?
@@RonaldMcDonald-nf9jj
I think you may be mistaking Notch for a Mojang employee. Sounds like something he'd say
@@Yegor_Mechanic yeah that sounds right
this is what minecraft would have probably been if notch didnt add slabs
And yet somehow Notch thinks adding Slabs to the game was a mistake
such a good build

When you want detail, but you only want it to look good from space:
2:51 woahm how did u do the camera thingy??

I’d have never combined acacia with dark logs that looks great
maybe you couldve used a water elevator as a way to get up to the second floor?
water isn’t a full block and soul sand isn’t either
@probablynotblufur 😔
imagine he just made a giant house so he could just mimic the half blocks lmao
4:19 is that Skylanders OST?
it sounds like Wilikin Village
It is "Final Girl" by Jeremy Blake. I just got it from the UA-cam audio library.

The house looks so good! Keep this up and you’ll reach 1 million subs! 😄
This video brought back memories 😂😭
Never seen any of your other videos, but I saw this and had to click since it's so unique! Amazing idea AND execution! 🎉
Thinking of how to make a roof look good without a stair or half slab must have been so painful.
Bro's got the TOTK house 😂
strangely accurate
this is an interesting video idea :) liked and subbed

well actually he meant only full blocks as in exclusively full blocks, not that all blocks were full
Hell yeah brother, keep making awesome content
Awesome video ya !
I luv this building videos
literally almost minecraft beta
Modern house style just getting completely ignored

minecraft but it is like people says how it is, lol
You should build a car like that 🗡
WAH LOVE TGIS
You just littered the whole house with leaves
i did do that...
