vikes have no chance - several key players will be back by then - you can only skate by for so long with 1 possession wins and a qb that can't deal with pressure - next year will be even worse - there is a new sheriff in the north - you don't have to like it just live with it

Your entire fan base blaming everything on Sam is unbelievable. Yes Sam was off on a few throws because Detroit defense completely locked up your receivers and you couldn't block Levi Onwuzurike who had 9 pressures which is an Aida Hutchinson type stat. He was in Sam's face all night and no QB likes pressure up the middle. Sam and your receivers will do a lot better vs the Rams as I don't think they have the horses to play exclusive man/press all night long like Detroit did.
@@florida1289 How is it unbelievable? He literally had his most off target game of his career since his "I'm seeing ghosts" game with the Jets. He was terrible, period. Were there other failures on the team? Yes, of course. No reason to pretend Sam wasn't a major contributor though.
I think Aaron Jones is way more injured than we have been lead to believe. I love Akers as a #2 but he is a long run or nothing kind of guy. I really hope Jones gets closer to 100 because him not on the field has a cascading affect.
I just needed to get this out of my system regarding JJ McCarthy trade rumors. The way that Sam Darnold performed against the Lions on Sunday should solidify that the Vikings will not trade JJ McCarthy and the rumors can stop now.
They need to make adjustments offensively, they don't have the interior O Line that can hold up for these long developing routes. Quick game, screens, draws
KOC is known as the QB whisperer. To use the dog whisperer metaphor, KOC has a "dog" (Darnold) that is nervous and running around acting crazy. He needs to calm the "dog" down.
The Vikings should beat the Rams - they have more talent on offense and better stats defensively. It should come down to what truly matters in every game: Who calls better plays on offense and defense, who makes better "game' decisions, who is less predictable, and which team executes better. Hopefully, it's a good game.
I’m trying to understand what the difference is when your playing a prime time game vs a playoff game why would that impact your performance I mean you did it all season?and now it’s a problem?we just never seen him melt down till now? I hope he figures it out and chills out with the thinking to much
I understand everyone has a bias for their own team. I’m a Lions fan. What I seen many times when the camera was on Sam Darnold was absolute panic. He was running for his life like he stuck his hand in a hornets nest. If the Rams try to duplicate the Lions Darnold needs to keep his shit together. He was absolutely rattled !!!
If KOCs team gets first rounded again how is it his fault people he is not on the hot seat at all lol all the man does is win he can win with 20 different quarterbacks The reason he got first rounded in his first year is bc the defense was an absolute disaster and if he does this year maybe it would be a little more of his fault but it also most of it will fall on darnold if he chokes again
So you think now that you give Sam down the farm he’s an average quarterback, not enough to give him the whole farm. We have JJ on the bench and back up the Giants X quarterback so I hope we learn a lesson with the last alliance that Sam is just like cousin. Hope we learn our lesson and not give him the damn farm.
I noticed hockenson, when he was injured in Detroit the first time, came back a very different player, scared, and nerve truly returned to his full self. I would be very worried about hock. Hes not the type that gets over injuries well, and I believe he wants to prolong his career and make that money.

Just clean out the lockers. Come back next yr and fool us all over again, they must be running out of ideas to stab us in the back but am sure they'll find away
We need more exotic looks to our running game and the O-,line needs to step up!!!
I have a good feeling about the Rams game. I think Dan Campbell was right when he said see you in two weeks

Lions game is so much different if Sam had even an average game. I hope he got all the nerves out before the playoffs.

@@florida1289the receivers were open all the time, Sam just didn’t throw to them/overthrew them when he did
The game would’ve been way different if Goff & the real Lions offense showed up in the 1st half too 😉
"Schemelording" is a good one, never heard it before 😂

Definitely makes the pass game easier when he is running well, but it won't matter if Darnold doesn't return to form.

Yes Sam was bad, but run the ball in the redzone, especially with 4 down from inside the 5.
Luckily all my nerves are gone bc I have no reason to have faith in Darnold after he threw that game
Layd an egg? They SHAT THE BED..😮

Romo is not available in post season !!
It all depends on Darnald? He plays like he did against the Lions, the Vikings will get slammed (lose by alot)...

The Lions run play action all the time? What are you even talking about
#1 stop their run next time!
Nope! One and Done per Usual! I have spoken !!!
We need Flores to stay.
The Lions will like that

Kirk Cousins would have hit those passes. Just saying. Omg
Kirko would have been sacked 4 or 5 more times
one and done
Go away now!
Not as long as Oconnel is calling the plays and schems!!!!!
