Wonderful But while assigning Macros in Database Sheet only 1 entry is showing which we have saved. After reset we are adding new entry and save then then old entry is not available in database sheet only new entry is reflecting

Sir please use the option of 'Use Relative References' while recording macro as it is explained in the video. It will work properly. Thanks for watching
The solution is in the step in which you place the cursor in a empty cell and column adjacent to the table that will be filled in by the data. The Mistake you make is to immediately press on cell A1 (in the table that will then be filled in) and then do [ctrl and key down] + next steps.... While the author of the video shows that you must first position yourself on a column that will not be filled with data! So it runs the mechasnism that allows to identify the last filled row and write under it (instead of overwriting the row as you do).
@@censored8248 this work is very simple but when you are learn complete advance excel I do this work with the help of VBA code then this work very easy so learn advance excel I am currently learn C programming language and Java language
a macro is VBA so really you are creating a form with a Macro. Shame was hoping you'd have found the holy grail on form input in excel - but still a good method.
