In all honesty though, as someone with generalized anxiety who has a difficult time sleeping at night, I appreciate that you not only make your videos calming through relaxation and triggers, but by making your atmosphere, and in turn the viewer’s atmosphere, a space filled with only joy and positive distractions to keep negative thoughts and worries away.
