No, yellowstone is a super volcano. Should it go off, the majority of the entire usa would be literally under ash for YEARS. Only Alaska would be able to still grow food, but ash would rain down in some projections across the globe if it went off.
It's not even in the same ball park as this in regards to power and damage. Thus, super volcano status. There is no real running or preparing for yellowstone unless your prepared to boat across the sea or travel down to Argentina.
