Thank you for the comment, I also include the small stems, but you have to chop it into small bits, small enough for the chickens to consume. That way, I have minimal waste. I discard the bigger stems.
I use mine powdered. The powder I keep in olive oil so that way it preserves the quality of the powder. I also add this to my own food for a nutrient boost. It helps. I barely have a need for food for the rest of the day after adding this to a meal!

I only got 2 moringa trees but got loads of other good stuff for the chicks like mexican sunflower, banana leafs, and canna lily.

yes, but from what I understand, the fresh moringa leaves has more vitamin C content, unlike the dried and powdered leaves
