  • Hi friends in this video i will make a simple Pure SineWave Inverter using SPWM Module EGS-002 .

    In this video i used Mosfet 75N75 but I don't recommend using them because they have high Capacitance on gate about 7nF which is very high so EGS-002 will get heat up . i recommend other mosfets like IRF3205 or IRFZ44N or Similar that have 50A and 60V capability can gate capacitance low as possible

      Hi
      Friend the Driver circuit is not powerful enough to drive 3kw MOSFETs, it can be maximum 800W if you use 8 Original MOSFETs 200A each

    I am not getting stable feedback with 200w my voltage goes below 200v and my transformer is rated for 800w what might be the problem

    Hello, I followed everything from the circuit diagram but the EGS board LED blinks 4x indicating... undervoltage error...how can i fix it?

    I am confused 8 MOSFET use but in your diagram 4 mosfet used

      Simple, just use 4 more MOSFETs in parallel with gate resistance and diode

      Hello this is not possible,
      It needs a separate section to switch voltage from Mains to inverter

      It's the same circuit 😊
      I just added 1 extra mosfets
      In the circuit diagram they used 4mosfets but I used 8
      But if you use HY4008 Mosfets then 4 is enough for 500-600W

      No modifications
      But i recommend using as low as possible mosfets resistance and gate capacitance lower then 1nF

      With center tapped transformer the second winding is useless

    Hello, very nice video. I did the same circuit the voltage is also 220v, but when i put 100w load, the voltage becomes 170v. any idea why ?

      How many watt is your transformer , check the Input voltage drop it shouldn't be less than 11V

      Are your MOSFETs cold or Hot?
      And check if your mosfet gates are connected the right way,
      The most important thing is The Feedback circuit, check it first

      @@Electronic_For_You Hello. Mosfets are cold. And i believe the problem Comes from the feedback. At 220vac output the DC voltage is 217v and VFB is 1v. Normally it should go into under voltage but it still works. Under small load it drops to 170v. I am struggling but cannot find why.....

      I think the problem is with the transformer maybe , because the rectified DC voltage should be around 311V To 280V DC , it's very hard to tell what's going on with your circuit,

      If the battery voltage is stable then you don't need to use 7812 , i used powerSupply so i used 7812

      In reality you have to use Proper 60Amps Transformer, mine is 30A so I can get maximum 300W

      It's the same as the diagram, i used 8 MOSFETs instead of 4 , just add 4+4 and its the same circuit
