Police, officials, public pay homage to fallen officers

District Attorney Joshua Lamancusa gave the keynote address Friday at the Lawrence County Law Enforcement Officers' Memorial ceremony, "A Tribute to the Thin Blue Line," which took place in front of the New Castle police station.
