I'm curious which window brand you use? We're looking at black inside triple pane for a project.
what brand windows were used with integrated screen ?
You said the builders were Ivo homes? Is that correct
How much was this house put on the market for?
Hi there, do you work with investors? Am very interested to do this together.
hi yes we do, if your interested please send us a dm on Instagram
I have a question that I think you are the best person to ask: my dream house needs to have 4bedroom and good size kitchen/living with very high ceiling. My challenge is that:
1- the number of stairs to go up! 2- this need a very big lot and the foundation will be very expensive (very big).
I have been thinking about making the ground floor only 8ft, and have a big rec room. And then in the second floor, I do everything like a big condo with four bedroom and three bath and a nice patio, and very high ceiling.
My challenge is that I don't want to spend a lot of money on something that I will have problem selling it in future. What is your thought on this? Does this idea worth a video?
