Increasing damage is not the same as increasing attack speed. It is the same when it comes for DPS but that's not how games like clash royale works. The difference can be negligible in games that deal with high HP pools, but in clash royale a damage increase can be the difference between a bandit 1 shotting a goblin, an executioner breaking the guard's shield with his axe and killing them with its return or a pekka one shotting a night witch. These interaction changes are simply too great, and that is why there will never be a damage increase.

You have 0.5 x elixir 2. They can bridge spam your king tower 3. You can't defend due to your slow elixir rate Glad supercell ruled this
