Being new to gold panning where on the turon in sofala is best to go with minimal gear and know how with good results, I'd love to tag a long sometime and learn and have a good yarn . wattle flat local .
Nice couple of days fellas 👍 They reckon all the western rivers ran east before the break up of Gondwana land. Subsequent folding forced up the dividing range and the Turon turned west. I reckon most of the gold in the upper turon came from Tobins and Palmers Oaky, as well as big and little Oaky. The reef workings north east between razorback and the river never produced much. Have you collected any mollusc fossils from upper turon ?
Yeeehaaar gold lol Nice mate yea to do a test on them would be handy We have a gold buyer here in port has a machine So maybe if you get up go see them ay AWSOME fun had a ball lots laughter that’s how to live life with gold Cheers 🍻 CrouchOz
