Respectfully I'm writing this from a curious mind, I have alot of friends from LE & i never seen them having personalised talk with the mentor. I don't know how do toppers get personalised attention & others don't.
Good point raised and it seeks to point towards a stereotypical view of coaching centres. However, here we've consistently tried to ensure everyone has a chance of getting equal attention. The LE Mentors team comprises of 7 full time Mentors, of 5 which are Law Grads from Nationals. We get approx. 120 emails per day (received 325 yesterday though!) of which replies are sent max within 24-36 hours (and calls made to students where we feel that emailing back won't solve the problem). There's a message we circulate in each batch's TG group where the kids can book a Mentor slot on one click and Mentor will try to reach him at that time (it's using an app called Calendly). 4 Mentors work from our HO and we see them on calls/G Meets pretty much all day. Can't post images here, otherwise I would have gladly shown how there's atleast 5 emails daily where students write the email ONLY to thank their Mentor for the advice they gave.x Easy to paint all the educational institutes with the same brush, difficult to accept that one of them might be doing things differently :)
