Scum's Whish (Kuzu no Honkai) is one of the best anime ive ever watched. its not the classic romance story, its more realistic than most other anime in that genre.
You were left with a feeling of: "I really just want them to be happy together, or at least happy in general.", but you're hit with reality. That fairytales aren't meant for real life. It's criminally underrated, or the very least, "underwatched".

The people who composed these songs are fucking amazing man... That and the player. The songs themselves aren't too complicated, but... To write a song that can invoke such a strong emotion without even knowing much context, and to play it with so much passion to truly carry that feeling to its maximum potential. It's fucking crazy and it's why I love music.
Toradora. I put my foot down firm - this is the *single* best romance and comedy anime to have ever aired. The characters are so unique and the development of them throughout the show feels genuine and not just scripted and like something so undeniably unrealistic. The soundtrack, too, portrays so much emotion throughout the show. Its just beautiful that this show, being how old it is, still easily rivals and beats out any modern shows of the same category, at least in my opinion. I will never forget this anime, nor will I ever stop respecting just how powerful something as simple as a show like this is.

All the best anime are the ones that only get one season in my opinion. Toradora had me crying many times considering it's nearly impossible to make me cry emotionally.
I've always made a playlist for just these songs and I thought I was the only one to think they sound good and depressing at the same time when put together in a sequence. But Deuss made a video for them. This is a proof of his great content and how he knows to arrange sad songs into even sadder songs. Pure skill.
