You can select the spin setting to remove some of the water from your clothes. It's not a washer-dryer in any case

The fabric softener is NOT draining in my machine either.
I saw a little residue (at 1:45) in yours as well, and it's driving me crazy.

Hey Jasmine! We finally figured out what was wrong with the brutal shaking. We removed the horizontal metal piece that’s located at the back of the washing machine with an 8mm tool. In its place you put the tiny rectangular plastics that come with the washing machine

I experienced that before. I turned it off and switched it back on, waited a while and then it was unlocked. Hope that helps!

Don't insert your hands in the washing machine when it's plugged in the electric outlet. It is dangerous. First take the electrical cord out from the electric source, then operate inside it!
Also, I just ordered a similar Whirlpool. Do the doors open so violently?????? In the showroom, both the doors opened really slowly.
I wasnt paying attention with my actual washing machine and it caught my finger when I opened the inside metal lid, breaking my finger. Now I got a new Whrlpool and I should get it in a few days, so I am looking to get used to what to expect from it
