I would like to know why Richard and the other objectors are objecting. If you cannot be tolerant of other people's faith then be clear about it and say that you are racist. At least then we know who we are dealing with. This country is full of this type of discriminatory practices and we will not have a true democracy until we are tolerant and respectful of South Africa's diversity.
if everyone is equal and the same then you wont see that there is a difference but that is a utopian society, even though that is what our constitution tries to deliver. For example pointing out that someone is gay/raciest points out that your are in some way homophobic/raciest, seeing that there is someone different and stating so means you don't see them equal. Unfortunately that is where South Africa is today. South Africa wont change while we classify each other into which generalised group we feel has it better then the other and then rationalise to hate or dislike them on a misconceived idea on who they are on a whole. I am in agreement boko haram doesn't represent Islam and white supremacists don't represent all white South African born white people. Wherever the DA is a ruling party there's racism and the democratic alliance stands for racism from what I see. Don't be fooled by the fronts that they show. pre 1994 we blacks had to live in areas with small yards and now atleast we can buy in areas closest to freeways.

Not representative of the rhetoric of every single white. Whilst I agree that there is deep economic oppression still existent today by whites, I pray that people also believe that there are whites who do not represent this rhetoric - whites who reject their privilege and who stand with the economically oppressed.

A few years ago islam was prohibited in Angola and all mosques were demolished. I suspect other countries will follow suit. They should.
