Played around with these in the shop, loved them, still went with the GLX. Both are great rods, but the higher price on the Conquest is really a deal breaker.
No disrespect to ur choice of rod....but the GLX does not hold a candle to to the Conquest!! I've fished NRX for 8 years until I picked up a few Conquest......there is no rod on the market that has sensitivity as the Conquest does!! Yes the price is higher than wanted but very well worth picking up a few I guarantee it
I know the Conquest is the single best rod out there, my issue is value for money - IMO - the GLX wins. I just can't see spending $200+ on the Conquest.
@@su3154 yessir.....its a total different kinda blank!! The power when a fish loads up on the conquest is amazing!!! If u can afford to upgrade from a nrx to conquest I strongly advise u to get a few
I like top of the line tackle and have a few loomis rods but but I won't even consider a $800 fresh water rod. I could get 2 beautiful JDM Daiwa killer absolute killer rods that people here in America never get to see for $400 each

@@jpneves8006 totally understand!!!
@@davidnewcomb2431 is the conquest worth the extra money over the nrx? I've heard some good things about nrx but is it possible to get any better
