In Solo Mode, After one restart you get more favors, I restarted 5 times and I got 4 favors. Edit: after replaying the hiest the favors keep going up. Restarting might not be the culprit but could be a cause for it to break. One person i was showing it to was getting multiple renown rewards but the were not leveling up renown.
This is random but can I ask for your video settings? Mainly: Anti-Aliasing, Upscaler (Upscaling mode) and all of Graphics quality. Ever since they added Cook Off reticles for sights are blurry for me and graphics settings change it, but I cannot get them to be clear like you have them. Again I know this is random but it's the only idea I have left
I've heard of this issue before... I'll ask around and check whether I can figure out what caused the issue. My settings are all pretty much quality optimized and on the max possible (got a 4090). I'm basically running optimized settings from GeForce and just disabled Depth of Field and Motion Blur.

I've done it pre-Techie introduction already. With the Techie it's gonna be pretty rough... not saying it's impossible though.
