In the State of Pennsylvania an antlered deer must have at least 4 points on 1 side excluding the brow tines in order to be considered Legal . In Ohio the ' Legal Basis ' for Hunting is basically ," If it's Brown it's Down ." The deer itself regardless of ' Legal Points ' looks to be an 8 point Buck , utilizing Pennsylvania rules for Legal Antlered Deer this Buck would only be a 6 point when the Brow Tines are excluded .
