Species with high dispersal capacity, typically exhibit panmixia across regions, however, mechanisms such as behavior and environmental factors promote population isolation in the fault of physical barriers. We evaluated the genomic structure patterns of the smooth hammerhead shark (Sphyrna zygaena) int eh Northern Mexican Pacific.
