    I always said if the offense fails it's due to the OC. The OLine was no help but Waldron's playcalling was like a kid playing Madden.

      I thought he was highly sought out and the Bears stole him.. 🤣🤣🤣 They all stink plus Flus is so incompetent as a HC those two challenges were a prime example of why he is 10 - 25 but somehow everyone placed the blame on Fields

    lmao, imagine passing on a swap of 1sts, two extra 1st rounders, plus a 2nd or a 3rd rounder, and some other lesser picks for caleb williams. the bears could have had marvin harrison Jr, and one of the best offensive lineman in this draft at 9, plus 2 extra first rounders and other picks, but instead they went with a dude that looked extremely mediocre any time he played a good defense for his entire college career.
    even going with daniels and all those extra picks seems worlds better. poles refusing to trade down, to take some dude that avg 171 yards on 52% completion percentage for his entire career vs top 25 defenses is going to go down as one of the biggest blunders of all time. so far, if caleb throws the ball more than 10 feet, there is an 8/10 chance that the ball sails 5 yards out of bounds and is entirely uncatchable, or it gets tipped or batted into the air. i dont think ive ever seen DJ moore look so mad after bad QB play, and the guys entire career has been a QB dumpster fire. in 3 to 5 years from now, not trading down is going to look as bad as the browns trading for watson.

    I didn't understand drafting a wide receiver with the 9th overall pick and a punter in the 4th round. They should have picked a stud offensive linesman with that 9th pick and a wideout in the 4th round. Picking a punter in the 4th round means they were PLANNING FOR FAILURE! I ask you, does it matter who the Saints' punter is? Not really. Their offensive possessions result in points, not punts. The Bears have been making the same mistake going back to Cutler. When he was acquired, they traded away the picks that could have been used to improve the O line. Congratulations, you now have a QB...who will be spending his time running for his life and scraping himself off the ground after taking big hits. Here we are again. The Bears draft Caleb Williams, but have him try to operate behind a lousy O line. It never works. This is no way to "develop" a quarterback.

    They hired an OC too quickly and should have taken their time interviewing candidates. Now apparently we have another Getsy as our offensive coordinator!!

    The blame in order: 1 oline, 2 Caleb, 3 OC. It was terrible all around..you can look past some of Williams mistakes because that Oline was so bad

    My contention has been the physical talent on the O lines across the league is probably very similar. But these guys don’t seem to know who do block.
    It’s been that way forever, thru coaching changes, personnel changes, QB changes, TE changes.
    What is causing this on this team specifically for so many years?

  • @Jack958
    @Jack958 2 дні тому

    Every year the bears repeat the same mistakes and every year bears fans are convinced they just need xyz and think this is the year, this is the guy etc etc. At what point will everyone notice these patterns. The bears are the bears until proven otherwise, I’ll believe it when I see it.

    How is it that a normie like me KNEW they didn’t do anything to improve the offensive line this offseason, yet the front office guys getting paid Millions didn’t do a damn thing to improve the offensive line? 🤔😑

    😅😅😅😅😂😂😂 I knew it 'I' knew the bears were going to find a way to mess it up. Everyone said this kid had bust written all over him by week 6 he will have to be benched cos the Defense is top tier this year but his wild ball placement, really terrible accuracy and those wild throws in traffic coupled with a bad O-Line and no run game... This season will be brutal for the Bears.. Thankfully I got the Steelers but the Bears are like my ex girlfriend with large knockers, I am always down if she calls

  • @patrickjerome9169
    @patrickjerome9169 2 дні тому +3

    Caleb takes forever to throw. This isn't new information. It was clear from his college career. What is confusing is why they chose to draft him. The ability to make great passes is only meaningful when you can read the defense and get rid of the ball. They'd be far better off going with Bagent, who doesn't have as good an arm but is very smart, knows where trouble lies, gets rid of the ball quickly.

    Play calling is trash. Protection is trash. Our running game is atrocious. Where is the Texas running back Johnson at? Roschon?? is more of a powerful in the middle type of running back. What we need is a David Montgomery to complement swift. Shane Waldron has to do a better job.

    When I saw blasingame was inactive, I knew it was going to be bad. The NFL is getting smaller and faster on defense. Big lines, which the bears have can push them around. Kmet, Lewis, blasingame and run it down throats. Let caleb throw off play action and after the pass rush has been slowed down.
