A true acid test that you are definitely called into the office of a prophet is based on a simple question. "Did God actually called you to be a prophet from His Voice that you heard directly from Him? Yes or No.
All prophets are not the same. In this dispensation of grace, main message of God is to REPENT for the kindom of God is at hand. There is no use for a prophet that you do not ever hear this central message from. Your destiny is hell is you are walking in pride, greed, lust, perversion, unforgiveness, or any unrepented sin. The prophet of God brings correction, rebuke, reproof, warning and exhortation. Forth-telling is only a small portion. Whether you feel you are a prophet or seeking a word from a prophet, you need to go to the Most High God through Yahshua, Jesus. The prophet is sent to those who cannot see or hear. He is only sent to point you back to the Father, not to himself. So what type of prophet's are you listening to? If they are asking for money, they are false, if they are not pointing you back to God, they are false. If it is always about the future, they are false. Jesus is coming back for a church without a spot or blemish and He is coming soon. A real prophet will tell you that.
