@@westleigh11 It's cutting to a child actor playing Chucky in certain full-body shots and they're bigger than the doll. The original movies could afford to build oversized sets in scale with a small actor but the TV series has to rely on camera angles.

@@CrazyManhog in the attic scene, Barbara revealed the scars of his face from Child's Play 3 and then stitched up by Tiff in Bride of Chucky and it stays till Cult of Chucky, where all we see was his original scarred head til he was finally taken care of by Kyle in the end. so.......no, I don't think they're over-doing it.

This raises Alot of questions. Chucky could have killed Jake and Lexy multiple times but he seems to choose not to do so.
Sadly for Chucky he's read the script and can't. I expect all 3 to make it till the end. A lot of the parents will die I think. Possibly Jake's cousin too.

I'm going to be honest, i actually wanted his mother to die, but i didn't expect it to happen, i thought she would believe the doll is alive and help the kids, not die so easily.
That his fault to be honest!! He is ten times bigger than Chucky, he could tear Chucky head off with his bare hands and feet but he just a kid not someone as hardened as Andy or Kyle. Chucky only as as strong as a small child so if his victim brave enough to use their strength against him, he will lose

Chucky's dangerous
It's weird how Chucky's mission in Hackensack has been so vague throughout the series. Unless his mission has been right in front of us the whole time.
Ever since Curse, Chucky has been sending himself to places to get revenge. Like how Chucky sent himself to Nica Pierce's home in Curse. Then following her to her Mental Asylum to take over her body.
Chucky is returning to Hackensack to kill all the children he has been wanting to kill since a child.
Chucky has been sending himself to places to get revenge? Chucky sent himself? By himself? Tiffany was the one who sent him to kill all the family members.
In Curse Of Chucky, Tiffany was the one who sent Chucky to Nica in the beginning and it's revealed at the end (before the Andy cameo) as Nica is being taken away. She winked at the camera as the scene ended and said that she "still has work to do.", obvious she sent him to Alice and then Andy. In Cult, she also gave the Chucky doll to Nica and she said "Good luck." Creator Don Mancini revealed that Tiffany revived and covered Chucky's scars with another layer of plastic to hid them in Curse.
Chucky was mailed out anonymously by Tiffany in Seed, Curse, Cult and the TV series. Don confirmed that it was Tiffany, not Chucky himself. Don also confirmed that it was Tiffany who put Chucky at the yard sale in Hackensack and the teen boy named Jake bought the Chucky doll in the beginning of episode 1, the TV series. You can briefly spot her during the opening scene where Jake finds the Chucky doll on sale and a woman in a red coat passes the table where Chucky is on display, with this mystery lady being Tiffany in disguise.

As talented as Fiona Dourif is at playing Chucky-Nica and a younger Charles Lee Ray on Screen I think Chucky should still be voiced by a male voice actor.
Fiona Dourif will be definitely perfect to voice Chucky if her father makes a retirement announcement.

There’s going to be a second season! This is amazing! Will Chucky go back to Chicago? I’m excited but anxious too, I mean how is Don Mancini going to top this? Obviously he’s got ideas for next season and beyond, but this show is so wonderful. It’s like a soap opera with Chucky in it. I happen to like soaps, so that’s a good thing.

Feeling a bit rush to kill two moms at one episode and the way they were murdered could have been more creative. Expected to see more of they struggle before dying especially the cop mom, coz she had figured out something weird about the doll so early but got killed that easily.

Actually it is said that he still has strength of a adult male despite his doll size since when he transferred his soul in the body he was a adult male. The only thing he equipped at when being in the doll body is agility since he so small. It makes him move pretty fast.

Жаль сериал не держит зрителя в вечном напряжении, всё же это лёгкий триллер с элементами комедии. Жаль, что Дон Манчини так и не смог уйти от этого жанра. Невеста Чаки и последующие фильмы попросту не являются ужастиками, как первые три фильма... но что удивительно, у данного сериала просто тонна минусов, при этом, мне сериал нравится. Нам показали то, чего не было до этого в предыдущих фильмах: уникальные ракурсы съёмки, возвращение Энди и Кайл, частично показана жизнь Чарльза практически с самых пелёнок... качественная музыка- что не мало важно.
Минусы фильма: герои с нетрадиционной сексуальной ориентацией (пропаганда интересов меньшинства в массы, вам не кажется?), комедия вместо фильма ужасов, наивный сюжет и не естественная игра актёров (игра по сценарию - сценарист явно написал сценарий на коленке, будто ребёнок маленький).
Вывод: хотелось увидеть чистый фильм ужасов, а получилась очередная комедия, пусть даже и страшноватая в некоторых сценах, НО юмор в этом сериале лишний. Убрать хотя бы юмор со стороны маньяка-душителя и фильм был бы куда лучше.
