I love this weapon as a new RR user. Especially love the toot after every reload.
Dmg is ok... But the toot is outstanding
nothing beats anti armor and vital on a railway rifle.

@@christoff124 You can shoot longer without reloading. Three times longer, in fact. While you spend time on the reload, I'm still doing damage. Blood or AA is max double damage, while quad is three times more damage in the same time because you spend time on the reload. It's simple-quad is the best in terms of damage over time, plain and simple.
I will take it. I have so many other things right now im trying to get perfect rolls on im not spending them on a railway so could be fun to play around with.
Replaced my quad with it. At best, quad is going to save you fractions of a second per reload on boss fights only. 4 fights in the game wasn't compelling enough to trade for the weight alone.

So many people were too busy being but hurt that it was no longer bloodied they didn't even bother to evaluate it on its own merits.

I feel like the quest reward should never be BIS. I like getting a good quest reward item to try certain builds. Knowing I can get a little more.out of the build with a good roll on legendary craft/mods.
Hate when Bethesda releases new weapons that you CANT reroll… it could be all so simple but reality is any special legendary that you can’t reroll is really just scrip after you collect it once
I had to have this for the paint!. It is better than I expected after they changed it from bloody.

Ya railway rifles without VATS is brutal. Unless you point blank shoot them goodluck hitting the broadside of the barn!

I love this gun, been using it since it came out, good for group boss enemies
on controller it's easier to counter the recoil on a railway. Getting relatively close to a target holding your aim down and then firing levels out the crosshair and keeps it relatively level at full auto. I'd assume this is impossible with a mouse

its a weird perspective i have, im a day one player who really enjoys 76, but im really casual so i dont have a millionty billion resources and every weapon fully godrolledlike seemingly everyone online.
this looks just an amazing weapon for a guaranteed drop for playing the new mission. just A-freaking-MAZING.
i actually really like furious as a concept, but yes, it is weak. i think it would be reasonable for the game to buff it to 90% extra damage after 10 shots, as that would really help full health builds stand up vs bosses, but 45% and double capacity and it weighs almost nothing? yes please, but only if it has FFR. hells yeah!

I'm a full health build and I'm not happy with it. I do play in vats. But with faster weapon speed it shoots wayyy too fast compared to my quad. Out of the 20 rounds, 3 might hit the target, even at close range. Very bad accuracy. Wasting ammo
I got mines Bloodied after returning from a 6 month hiatus and jumped on the quest

Turtle I have a Quad Railway with 15 AP after ea kill and 25% less AP and for boss fights it is a beast to clean up mobs. I am still on the crafting hunt for a Quad 50% Crit -25%AP.
Q5025 is useless. dont fall for the Trap on AP. a Q50 crit 15 reload is better gets you back in the fight quicker especially when using Ground pounder. quicker reloads means more Dps. plus using Company Tea and Coffees AP is obsolete and Refresh is that quick on AP every reload your back to max.
Have to agree -25 is almost a two star weapon. You should be having alot of ap and refresh anyway. Faster reload is just better
@@homerjharry6315have to disagree yeah the ap is low already and you should have enough ap refresh but you can literally be in vats all the time without ever running out of ap at all the -25 it’s broken op I barley even run out of ap when using it hitting crits every single time 15r doesn’t even make a difference when you have ground pounder and speed serum on it’s literally 2 ap vs 7
@@hector-tp3pv pretty pointless to argue, because youre gonna reload your weapon , and that is the time you should be out of vats without losing any dps and gaining so much ap back making the -25 pointless. for other builds... sure it might be good? but for high ap commando build, no.

So comparing with a bloodied railway with 50% chance to crit in vats and 15% reload speed is it better?
Hate being bloodied but to clear the Season through game play added experience is beneficial in a short Season.

I got ticket to revenge on second day of the new update never used or built a railway rifle .this is awesome now got in my carried weapons and use it regularly nv medium scope only thing I added its awesome and don't miss highly Recommend this gun
Why the scope? You’re just adding AP cost in vats and you can’t free aim reliably with a faster fire rate railway unless you’re so close that the scope wouldn’t matter

So basically if you want a railway rifle and don't want to roll it this is the best alternative.

It’s a great starter railway, but FFR on a gun with 20 ammo capacity feels real bad. Reload reload reload reload.
But your dps is 25% higher
@@GhostStalker16 Sort of. Your dps while firing is 25% higher. But on boss fights (when dps really matters) your total dps also counts the time your reloading. Since Ticket spend about half it's time reloading FFR will increase it's dps increase by about 12.5%. It's still significant, but it's not 25%.
I wish they made a similar automatic rifle for arrows/bolts instead of spikes... You'd have a silenced slaughtering machine..
Repeating crossbow they could loop the crank animation as the firing animation.
Or a repeater ballista heavy gun version that lets you double up the archer perks with heavy gun perks a la pepper shaker and use the gatling gun animation.

How many times did you have to roll railways in order to get that god roll? When I was playing regularly I bet I rolled railways at least a hundred times and never got anything close to the one you have. One of the reasons I quit playing was the absurd grind needed to roll weapons and the number of worthless effects.

I always forget to use crit I would prefer just a straight damage build and weapon. No crit benefits in Luck or on weapons or armor. Would prefer other benefits instead.

It's a good gun (but not the absolute best), I don't know why some people are always so negative on it and some of the other new weapons. It takes out enemies just fine. Players can get it easily and it costs nothing to get, which is a huge plus over trying and trying for a god roll RR or trying to buy one.
4:28 WOW your stats at full health add up to 164 points... mine together with the legendary maxed out perks give 84... how is that even possible???
I don’t like the fact they keep adding an old guns that slightly modded with a custom skin. When they could just make it a legendary skin mod that can be applied to the original gun in game if you have it. This way as you applied the paint the stats and perks will change to the modded version with the added ability to have the skins as a secondary if you just want the skin alone. Because they keep adding carry weight and sometimes it kills the original gun making it a useless waste of content.
You addressed my issue w this weapon. I don’t have VATS build and found this item unusable. Got it a few days after update.
furious effect should be buffed by reworking it and making it passing bonus damage to other target for short time too, or it should have cap for damage moved much higher or removed entirely, at many weapons even full health builds can kill regular enemies with 2-5 shorts anyway, and in this range even terrible bonus damage effects are better and dont need to "charge up", it is useful only on scorched beasts and bosses, or some other rather rare big enemies as mutant behemoths, but there isnt many of those anyway, and still there are effects boosting more than that like that one giving you benefit for caps held at moment (and caps have not that many uses later in game once you get plans for everything, unless you buy everything ever needed, or premium account probably can dump all caps into bulk junk but even that loses really its usefulness after some time)
This weapon is the nail in the coffin for trading. The game gives you the best version of every gun 1 way or another. GGs for the new players I guess 🤷♂️
As a newer commando user I actually ended up using this rifle until I rolled my QEDur a couple of weeks ago. It’s a good stepping stone on your way to a better one. It’s not trash by any means.

How do you have so many SPECIALS in the 40s? Is it extra boosts besides unyielding? Just curious!!
I have an instigating WS Railway that almost never leaves my inventory I'm a bloodied build and hitting 2x crits on my opening shot due to weapon speed I also rarely do bosses so it works for me
If you don't simply look at it as they nerfed what would have been the end all be all railway that made any other you got obsolete, since ghouls can't use bloodied apparently they might have wanted it to be able to work for both. (That being said we have no way of knowing until then and it's still Bethesda)
I found a q/50c/250r railway for 500 caps in a vendor last week sooo makes this weapon not useless lol

I'm pretty sure I got rid of a quad railway when I was a full health build and new to the game and now that I switched to bloody 😭
I shorted the barrel and have been using it in place of my shotgun. Works well, i like it.
It's not a bad railway. I have quad/hit chance/less vats cost though, so not for me.
I like the quad explosive or quad faster fire rate that's the two I always run around with it uses no vets anyway so what does it matter and you only need steel to make the ammo
I know its not the best rr rifle, but it carried me through the midgame quests. Great starter weapon to introduce rr rifles
I wonder how much help is "Furious" when you're killing in 2-3 shots. Good for bosses, obv.
My armour piercing explosive is quite mean 306 headshot damage
I tired with wearing full engineer set and using gunsmith perk and it still broke as fast as normal
weapon is OK but breakes much faster than the fixer and weight of ammo is not great

It’s great now with a rifleman food/chem build now. Took down two legendary scorch beasts in less than three minutes. Paint job is eh still love the gilded paint.

Yes, you need full unyielding, 15 luck in SPECIAL and the mutation that gives you +3 SPECIAL when you are in team

@@ivaantc can you remove the negative effects of that mutation if you have max rank card that reduces negative effects of mutations?

How do you have your luck and int so high on a bloody build. I’m running bloody with maxed legendary card and uny armor and mine isn’t that high.
Do you have a full set of unyielding armor ? cause I only have level 3 legendary cards and get 30+ in luck agility and perception easily with a full set of uny armor
And there’s a serum what increases your intelligence by like 4 also depends if he took food buffs brain soup I think it is for herbivores gives like +4 and 5 intelligence other do as
@@hector-tp3pvI fixed it. I had my chest piece named wrong. I thought I was renaming my uny piece but renamed a bolstering piece. I now have 33.
