The Coke ad really has that 1980s (late Cold War) vibe about it - the Free World (America the Free more like/Reagan/Thatcher) versus the Evil Empire of the Commies.
If Scotland had voted Yes, we would all be saying that the bloke in a Coca-Cola T-shirt at the Better Together HQ had been asking for it and playing into the Yes campaign's hands ... though as a man of the Left living in non-metropolitan southern England, I'm glad it was a No.
